COVID-19 RAPID TESTING IN COACHELLa & RIVERSIDE, ca

Our goal is to ensure that when you come to our facility, you can feel confident that every precaution is being taken to ensure a safe environment for you to be treated for your condition. One of those precautions that we have already implemented is that every person that enters our facility will be provided with a mask and hand sanitizer solution that must be used before entering to be treated.

Rest assured that our standards for cleaning each patient's room and our facility have always been very thorough, however, during this time we have increased our efforts in each clinic. These actions include but are not limited to, continually cleaning and disinfecting hard surfaces and frequently touched areas and items.

As the experts from the CDC and all the health organization have instructed everyone to do, we encourage you and your family to please: 

• Family members/caregivers accompanying patients are asked to wait outside the office.
• Do not bring any outside food or beverages.
• We ask that you not shake hands.
• Wash your hands regularly with soap and water. This is one of the best ways to protect you and your loved ones from the spread of germs. Don’t forget to clean the ‘webs’ between your fingers and thumbs.
• We ask that ALL who enter the office use the hand sanitizer upon entry and to use hand sanitizers any time they touch a solid surface.
• Minimize touching your face, particularly your eyes or nose, with your hands.
• Sneezing into tissues or your elbow are great ways to minimize the spread of germs. Always wash your hands with soap and water after you sneeze.
• If you now have or have had a cough or cold in the past 2 weeks, please let us know.
• Please do NOT talk to the provider or nurse during the exam, unless necessary. During this time, your face may be up to 8 inches from the Doctor, and it is best we do not allow air droplets spread to occur.
• We will wipe down all hard surfaces regularly during the day.
• We have removed all magazines from the premises.
• We are limiting the number of team members and patients in the clinic.
• When possible, refrain from social events where large gatherings may occur.
